Accompanying people through times of struggle and uncertainty

Life is joyful, beautiful and a rich blessing, but also difficult, painful and mysterious. As spiritual directors we often find ourselves alongside those who are working through events and experiences that are neither planned for, nor wanted, nor understood. In our journeying with them we also meet our own places of uncertainty.

This weekend will draw on imagery from the Christian spiritual tradition to explore the part struggle plays within the growth of our life in God. Hope stirs in the dark of our experience, and in the depths of the human spirit.
