Arrupe Leadership Programme

Leadership in the Ignatian tradition is about service, and is rooted in respect for each individual as called by God and as having a unique role to play in Go's plan for our world.

In line with this vision, our programme will aim at forming leaders who are anchored in solid values, open to appropriate adaptation, at the service of others and courageous in making decisions imbued with a sense of justice.

The capacity for self-reflection will be a vital consideration in the selection of candidates for this programme.

The programme which costs €500 will take place over six modules, consisting of a Friday evening, an overnight stay in Manresa, and an all day Saturday session.  All meals, accomodation and materials are covered in the cost of the programme.

Module 1: 24-25 September 2010
Module 2: 22-23 October 2010
Module 3: 19-20 November 2010
Module 4: 14-15 January 2011
Module 5: 18-19 February 2011
Module 6: 18-19 March 2011
