Many people today dream of getting away by themselves for a while: away from the stress and noise of modern living in order to slow down, get in touch with what's important for them, have some time for prayer and maybe have a chat with someone about their deeper hopes and concerns. 

With Manresa's Oasis Days, it doesn't have to be just a dream any more!  These days are designed to give busy people the opportunity of spending time alone in silent reflection and prayer, in a beautiful woodland setting beside the sea.

Each Oasis Day starts with a welcome and some suggestions about how to make the most of the day.  You will be given some guidelines about how you might enter into the stillness of your heart in quiet prayer. 

The Eucharist will be available for those who wish, as well as an opportunity of meeting a member of the Manresa team for a personal chat.  And a hearty lunch will be included as well!
