Sr. Avril O'Regan, RLR joined the Sisters of La Retraite in 1995, having successfully completed degrees in Law and Pastoral Studies. She has subsequently worked as Assistant Chaplain in Newman College of Higher Education in Birmingham and, since 2001, as Chaplain in the National University of Ireland, Galway.

She joined the full-time staff of Manresa in September 2007.
