... Nurturing Faith and Prayer Course

This one-year course takes place over six weekends between September 2011 and March 2012.  It is designed particularly, but not exclusively, for lay people who wish to make time and space to meet the God who dwells within.

Through prayer, personal reflection and sharing, and in an atmosphere of trust and confidentiality, the programme aims to develop new and enriching ways of praying the Scriptures, to deepen and clarify the participants' Christian faith, and to learn to recognise where God is present in their lives and in our world.

Many people have found this programme deeply enriching as well as personally challenging.  It is designed to open up to participants the riches of our faith and to evoke a vision of life rooted in the gospels and alert to the issues and struggles of our day.

Having completed this programme, many people have found renewed confidence in their faith and greater courage in offering themselves for the service of others, both at a faith and community level.
