... Arrupe Leadership Programme

Leadership in the Ignatian tradition is about service, and is rooted in respect for each individual as called by God and as having a unique role to play in God's plan for our world.

In line with this vision, our programme will aim at forming leaders who are anchored in solid values, open to appropriate adaptation, at the service of others and courageous in making decisions with a sense of justice.

The capacity for self-reflection will be a vital consideration in the selection of candidates for this programme.

The programme which costs €600 will take place over six modules, consisting of a Friday evening, an overnight stay in Manresa, and an all day Saturday session.  All meals, accommodation and materials are covered in the cost of the programme.
